Day 1Arrival in Windhoek

Upon arrival at Hosea Kutako International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your private guide and transferred to your first accommodation in Windhoek. Enjoy a peaceful evening to recover from your flight and prepare for the journey ahead.

Day 2Journey to the Namib Desert (Sesriem)

After breakfast, travel south through the Khomas Highlands and into the Namib-Naukluft region. This scenic drive introduces you to Namibia’s wide-open landscapes.

Day 3Sossusvlei – Dunes & Dead Vlei

Depart early to witness sunrise over the towering red dunes of Sossusvlei. Climb iconic Dune 45 and walk through the fossilized trees of Deadvlei. Later, visit Sesriem Canyon before continuing to your next desert lodge.

Day 4Balloon Flight & Transfer to Swakopmund

An optional early morning balloon safari offers spectacular aerial views of the dunes (highly recommended). After breakfast, travel through the desert to the Atlantic coast and arrive in the charming seaside town of Swakopmund.

Day 5Walvis Bay & Coastal Adventure

Today you explore the Atlantic coastline. Enjoy a 4×4 excursion to Sandwich Harbour or opt for a catamaran cruise from Walvis Bay. There is time to stroll Swakopmund’s quaint streets and visit local cafes.

Day 6Ancient Damaraland

Travel inland into the rocky and scenic landscapes of Damaraland. En route, stop at points of geological and cultural interest, including the ancient rock engravings at Twyfelfontein, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 7Desert Elephant Safari

DAY 9Etosha Game Viewing

Day 10Eastern Etosha & Namutoni Fort

Travel northeast into the lush riverine forests of the Caprivi Strip. Arrive at your riverside lodge in time for a sunset boat cruise on the Okavango River.
