Itinerary

Day 1Welcome to Windhoek – Arrival in Namibia

Arrive at Windhoek International Airport and transfer to Zannier Omaanda, a stylish hilltop lodge in a private reserve. Settle into your thatched suite, enjoy views over the savannah, and relax with a drink by the pool. In the evening, enjoy gourmet dining under the stars and prepare for your desert journey.

Day 2Windhoek – Tranquility & Local Encounters

After breakfast, enjoy a gentle day acclimating. Optional activities include nature drives on the Zannier reserve, a massage at the spa, or a guided visit to the local community and traditional Himba village. Tonight’s dinner is another culinary celebration of Namibia’s rich terroir.

Day 3Fly to NamibRand – Vast Desert Landscapes

Board your private charter to Kwessi Dunes Lodge or Zannier Sonop, located in the remote NamibRand Nature Reserve. After lunch and check-in, explore the surrounding dunes or relax by the pool. Enjoy sundowners from a panoramic viewpoint before a fire-lit dinner under the southern stars.

Day 4Sossusvlei – Dunes, Deadvlei & Scenic Adventure

Depart early for a scenic drive or flight to Sossusvlei and Deadvlei, home to the tallest sand dunes on earth. Climb Big Daddy or explore the ancient white clay pans surrounded by red dunes. After a picnic brunch, return to camp for an afternoon siesta and a sunset quad biking experience through the desert plains.

Day 5Fly to Swakopmund – Skeleton Coast Charm

Take to the skies again, flying over the Namib Desert and Skeleton Coast before landing in the seaside town of Swakopmund. Stay at the elegant Strand Hotel, perfectly placed along the promenade. After lunch, enjoy a relaxed walk through the town or book a Living Desert Tour or scenic flight (optional).

Day 6Swakopmund – Atlantic Encounters

This morning, head to Walvis Bay for a catamaran cruise where you may see seals, dolphins, and flamingos. Afternoon at leisure for café-hopping, sandboarding, or a visit to the local art galleries. Dinner at one of Swakopmund’s top seafood restaurants completes the day.

Day 7Fly to Damaraland – Desert Elephants & Red Rocks

Fly north to Damaraland, landing near Mowani Mountain Camp or Camp Kipwe. Set among giant granite boulders, your lodge offers stunning views over the Aba-Huab Valley. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive in search of desert-adapted elephants and giraffes. Relax at sunset with a drink on a rocky outcrop.

Day 8Damaraland – Twyfelfontein & Desert Wildlife

Today, visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Twyfelfontein, home to ancient San rock engravings. Explore the nearby Organ Pipes and Burnt Mountain formations before lunch. The afternoon offers more time to search for elusive wildlife, including black rhino, or relax at camp.

Day 9Fly to Etosha – Safari on the Salt Pan

Board your charter for a final flight east to Etosha. Check into Onguma The Fort, Ongava Lodge, or Etosha Oberlandon the park’s edge. After lunch, set out on your first game drive into the park or the private reserve. Return for sunset over the plains and a fine dinner at camp.

Day 10Etosha – Morning Game Drive & Leisure ✅

Start the day with a morning game drive inside Etosha National Park, venturing deep into the wildlife-rich pans. Return to the lodge for brunch, followed by a slow afternoon to enjoy the pool, lounge, or waterhole deck. One final elegant dinner under the African sky seals your safari memories.

Day 11Etosha to Windhoek – Farewell Namibia

After breakfast, enjoy a short morning game drive or time at leisure before your final scenic flight back to Windhoek. Connect to your international flight or overnight at an airport hotel if needed. Your journey through Namibia’s deserts, coasts, and wildlife havens comes to a graceful close.
